Matt Kowalski is an American Filmtrepreneur and Independent Documentary Filmmaker. He has worked with multiple media outlets and has traveled across the country since 2015 as a video-journalist, participating in extensive coverage of the civil unrest that took place in 2020-21 in the United States. Matt’s self-described style of filmmaking is a brand of unbiased docu-realism, a journalistic aesthetic, and signature based on objectivity and historical context.

Matt is producing a documentary on his adventures covering the 2020-2021 civil unrest in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C. and several other projects at various stages of developement in #MediaFreeAmerica
